1-1/2 ounces red chili
2 ounces coriander seeds
2 tbsp. cumin seeds
1 tbsp. grams black pepper
1 tbsp. grams cinnamon
1 tbsp. grams clove
5 black cardamom pods
1 tbsp. grams dry mango powder
1 tsp. grams fennel seeds
1 tbsp. turmeric powder


  1. Roast each ingredient (except mango and turmeric) in a dry pan until it’s odor is released, then set aside to cool.
  2. Grind the roasted spices then mix together with mango powder and turmeric.
