1 large chili

Directions

  1. For garnish, take a large fresh chili, cut lengthways up to 1 inch from the root, turn 90 degrees and do the same cut. Carefully remove all the flesh and seeds from the inside.
  2. Leave in a glass of very cold water for an hour. The chili will then curl backwards. This tip is great for large salads and main dishes alike.
