Ingredients

1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch mint leaves
1 green chili
1 oz. seedless tamarind
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. water
1 medium onion

Directions

  1. Wash and soak tamarind in water for 1/2 hour.
  2. Separate pulp from the tamarind and set aside.
  3. Grind the cilantro, mint, green chili and onion into a fine paste.
  4. Combine the paste with the tamarind pulp, add salt, and mix well.
  5. Store in an air tight container.
